Return Policy – Switzerland (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return policy in Switzerland, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

📦 Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

     Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

     A proof of purchase is required (receipt, or photo/video of the product upon delivery).

Damage and issues

     We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt.

     If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a confirmed defect upon receipt:

     Products that have been opened or whose packaging has been unsealed (glues, makeup removers, lash cleansers, etc.)

     Loose or used lash extensions

     Tools that have been in contact with skin or eyelashes (tweezers, brushes, applicators, etc.)

     Customized or made-to-order products

     Products purchased on sale or clearance

We strongly recommend that you carefully check your order upon delivery.
 In the case of a defective item or an order preparation error, please contact us within 48 hours, providing proof (photos and order number).

Exchanges

     The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have.

     Once your return is accepted and processed, you may place a new, separate order for the item of your choice.

14-day withdrawal period – European Union

     Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

     To be eligible for a return:

     The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

     You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

     Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective products. Once the return is approved and the item inspected, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

 

Refunds

     We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or denied.

     If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

     Please note that processing by your bank or credit card company may take some time before the refund appears on your statement.
