Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

     Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Swiss public holidays).

     Orders placed after 14:00 CET will be processed the next business day.

     Processing time does not include Swiss Post delivery time.

2. Shipping Carrier

     All ordes are shipped exclusively via Swiss Post for reliable and secure delivery.

     Available shipping options:

     A-Post (Priority): Faster delivery within Switzerland

     B-Post (Economy): More affordable delivery within Switzerland

     Registered Mail: Includes signature upon delivery

     International Priority & Economy: Available for overseas orders

3. Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)

     A-Post (Priority – Switzerland): 1–2 business days

     B-Post (Economy – Switzerland): 2–4 business days

     International Priority: 3–10 business days (depending on destination & customs)

     International Economy: 7–20 business days (depending on destination & customs)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other external factors.

4. Tracking Your Order

     Every shipment includes a Swiss Post tracking number.

     The tracking number will be updated directly on your order page in our shop platform once your package has shipped.

     Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the Swiss Post website.

5. Overseas Shipping

     We ship internationally via Swiss Post International.

     Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their destination country.

     Certain items, such as adhesives, may be restricted in some countries due to shipping regulations.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

     We are not liable for packages once Swiss Post marks them as delivered.

     For lost or delayed shipments, please contact Swiss Post with your tracking number.

     If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

     Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

     If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
